Can I bring my children? 🚸

While we love your kiddos, this gathering under the big sky will be adults-only, so everyone can truly unwind, relax, and savor the night. 🍻

How do we get to Montana? 🛬 🚞 🚙

Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell is the closest airport to our venue.

Want to take a train? Amtrak trains also have a stop in Whitefish, from the Empire Builder Route.

To our more local friends who plan on driving: If you are interested in carpooling with other people coming to the wedding, check-in with us and we can connect you if we have other guests coming from your neck of the woods!

Can we stay overnight at the venue? 🏔️🏨

Wedding Party- you already know your accommodations. :)

For the rest of our guests, we can accommodate some tent and RV camping at the venue, please let us know if you are interested in a parking or camping spot on the property. Campers will have access to shared bathroom and shower spaces.

We also have a wedding rate/discounted rate available at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Whitefish (discount code: W14). We suggest booking this refundable room ASAP, as September will be in-season for Montana, so hotels book quickly. This ensures you have a room, and you can always cancel later if you aren't able to make it or other accommodations end up making sense. Please double check the cancellation policy when you book and be sure it's associated with the wedding group W14.

You can also stay at the lodging of your choosing in Whitefish, Kalispell, or Columbia Falls. Please see our travel tab for suggested places.

There will be a free shuttle available to help folks staying in town.
